Ronchini’s technical office is the center of technical problems of the company and is the contact point between the customer’s technical needs and the production’s organization. The office work together with the test department for product control. The office gets various commissions from the customers and works on preparing the machining projects and the documents for the production supervisor.

Often the company’s technicians working on the production are in contact with the customer base to provide, based on experience, guidance and advices to improve the product and to lower production costs as much as possible. For its functions the office uses modern information technology able to support the numerous needs of the production’s organization.
