RONCHINI’s production works on two shifts from 6.00 am until 10.00 pm. Departments are divided based on

the manufacturing’s specific characteristics:

The three departments are managed by the production’s supervisor in collaboration with the department chiefs, and constantly assisted by the Test & Quality Department to verify that the customer’s specifics are followed to perfection. The production’s organization is characterized by a high flexibility that is able to adapt to working cycles and to the customer’s needs.
